Cardio Kickboxing

This program helps people of all skill and age levels learn basic to advanced moves while working on muscle tone and aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. This is not a self-defense class. It is a physical training class that uses realistic San Shou kickboxing training, equipment and techniques.
